The completed the modernization of a large public-sector utility organization enterprise resource planning environment. 

Requirement / Challenge 

The requirement was to develop a clear, structured past performance narrative that captures ERP modernization support, including stakeholder coordination, system transition considerations, and alignment with public-sector operational and compliance requirements. 

My Role 

I developed the past performance narrative, translating technical delivery activities into a structured, compelling, and evaluation-ready write-up that aligns with the proposal requirements.

• Reviewed available project documentation and extracted relevant delivery elements

• Structured the narrative to highlight scope, complexity, and outcomes

• Emphasized coordination across stakeholders and operational continuity
