Client conducted an ERP needs assessment for County government.

The requirement was to develop a past performance narrative reflecting discovery, assessment, and advisory activities related to ERP evaluation. 

My Role 

I developed the narrative to ensure a clear representation of the assessment scope and advisory outputs.
